Trebric is a Bangladesh-based streetwear fashion brand offering high-quality, comfortable, and affordable apparel.

2. Orders & Confirmation
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation via phone, SMS, or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
3. Pricing Policy
  • All product prices are listed in BDT (Bangladesh Taka).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Discounted or promotional prices are valid only during the specified campaign period.
  • In case of pricing errors, Trebric reserves the right to correct or cancel orders.
4. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Financial Services (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) (if applicable)
  • Online payment gateways (not available)
Advance Payment Policy:
  • Orders valued at BDT 2000 or above, or
  • Orders containing 5 or more items

may require a 10% advance payment to confirm processing.

5. Delivery Policy

We provide delivery across all districts of Bangladesh.

Delivery Time Estimates:
  • Inside Dhaka: 3–4 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Courier Service:

We partner with trusted third-party courier services, including SteadFast Courier and other national delivery partners.

Please note that delivery timelines and service quality are ultimately managed by these third-party providers.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available in most locations within Bangladesh.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) may be prepaid for certain areas outside Dhaka.
  • Customers must ensure availability to receive and confirm the order at the time of delivery.
7. Order Verification & Inspection
  • Customers are encouraged to check product condition, size, and packaging at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible issue must be reported immediately while the delivery agent is present.
  • Once the delivery is accepted and the courier leaves, claims may not be accepted except in genuine cases approved by our support team.
8. Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Exchanges depend on product availability
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, alternative options may be provided
Exchange Process:
  • In-person exchange (if available)
  • Courier exchange (delivery charges apply)
9. Return & Refund Policy
  • Returns are accepted in case of valid product defects or wrong item delivery
  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the error is from our side
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or agreed alternative.

10. Product Authenticity
  • Trebric sells only its own branded products
  • We do not resell third-party or unauthorized merchandise
  • All designs, prints, and collections are original or properly licensed
11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Trebric including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Product images
  • Graphics
  • Website content
  • Brand identity

are protected under intellectual property laws.

No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Trebric content without written permission.

12. AI-Generated & Edited Visuals

Some promotional or marketing visuals may be AI-generated, digitally enhanced, or creatively edited.

These are used for branding and presentation purposes only.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera settings
  • Screen display differences
  • Production variations
13. Customer Information & Privacy
  • Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support
  • We do not sell or misuse personal data
  • Limited information may be shared with courier partners strictly for delivery purposes

  • Trebric is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services
  • However, we always work to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible

  • Discounts and promotional offers are time-limited
  • Offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated
  • Trebric reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
16. Abuse & Misuse Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Misuse of return/exchange policy occurs
